Marketing Graphic Designer
Segway Inc., a leader in clean, electric transportation, is seeking a full-time graphic designer to create compelling print and interactive marketing communications. This person will be an integral part of the marketing team at a fast-growing global company. She or he will report to the brand manager at Segway Inc.’s corporate headquarters in Bedford, N.H.
The ideal candidate has discernable creative talent with a thirst for elegant simplicity in design. He or she will be responsible for the daily creation of marketing materials that support the company's selling and branding needs. This person will interact closely with the marketing and sales teams, and channel partners to implement the tactical aspect of communications programs including direct marketing to top market segments, trade show attendees, opt-in lists, current customers, and other prospects.
This candidate must be energetic, thrive in a team environment, and have excellent communications skills (written and verbal). He or she must be extremely organized, able to multitask, and be self-sufficient. Strong proficiency in graphics communication applications is required for this position, specifically the Adobe suite of products: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge, and Flash. Knowledge of Freehand and Premiere is also preferred, but not required. Photography and/or videography experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in communications from a top University with 2-4 years corporate marketing experience.
